The test.

The test for whether one is living in a police state is that those who are charged with enforcing the law are allowed to break the laws with impunity.

Dates updated.

Hello everyone,
It’s David and Justin from Don’t Wear Black: a G20 Cultural Inquiry here, and we’re writing to let you know that we’re changing the date of the event to September 24 and 25, 2011.
As before, postponing the event will give artists, performers and musicians more time to develop works for the event. In addition, it gives us the opportunity to apply for funding from the Ontario Arts Council and through IndieGoGo.com.
Our vision of the event remains the same, and we hope your involvement in it remains the same as well. Thanks for all your encouragement so far, and we’ll keep you informed as we continue forward. And for those of you who’ve indicated an interest in helping out, don’t worry–there is still plenty to do in the coming days, weeks and months to pull this event together.
Many thanks,
Justin Stayshyn and David Demchuk
